Here at Heritage Longbows we run a very successful bow making course. Spend 2 full days with national record holder and bowyer Lee Ankers – learn all about his techniques with easy to understand hands-on teaching. We have dates available throughout the year. Just give us a call to discuss your requirements and have a chat. We can arrange overnight accommodation within walking distance of the workshop if required. You'll be supplied with a bow stave of your timber choice and will be taught:

• ‪How to fit and shape horn nocks
• How to make a Flemish string
• ‪How to fit a leather grip
• ‪How to shoot the finished bow you have just made!
